- 000150: Sample hand open/close error.

| Symptom |
- Errors above visible on screen.
- Error not executable on screen.
- Tube holder movement not optimal.
- Sample hand not picking up tubes.
- Sample hand not moving correctly.
- Noise or vibrations in operation of tube holder or sample hand.

| Possible Causes |
- Tube not set properly.
- Tube barcode not stuck properly.
- When manual preparation was switched to sampler preparation, there was a tube left in the tube holder.

| Refining Problem Area |
- Is the issue occurring constantly?
- Is it occurring both in manual analysis and sampler analysis?
- Are there any noises or vibrations coming from the analyser?
- Is every tube in the rack having the same issue, or only specific tube locations?

| Action |
- Remove the sample tube from the instrument, and touch [Execute] in the [help] dialogue.
- Remove sample tube from sample holder, and touch [Accept].
- Set only the sample tube to be used for smear preparation in the sample holder and touch [Accept].
