Pressure related error – XN:10
Error Code	113025: 0.25 MPa pressure error 113016: 0.016 MPa pressure error 113007: 0.07 MPa pressure error
Symptom	Error message has come up on the IPU. Error message flickers on the IPU. Operation of the analyser are not working correctly. Sampling analysis errors.
Possible Causes	Pressure valve has fallen out of the monitored range. The power to the pneumatic unit is off. There is a foreign object pressing on the tubing connected to the pneumatic unit. The nipple on the pneumatic unit is loose.
Refining Problem Area	Which pressure error is visible? How frequent is the error occurring? Can you hear any abnormal hissing noises or leaks? What function of the analyser have been affected?
Action	Click [execute] in the help dialogue box while checking the displayed [pressure adjustment] dialogue box. Adjust the necessary pressure. PRESSURE ADJUSTMENT PROCEDURE 1. Display Maintenance Menu 2. Click [Pressure Adjustment] 3. For 0.025MPa adjustment a. On pneumatic unit, loosen fastening screw for 0.25MPa regulator. b. Adjust the pressure by turning the knob on the 0.25MPa 4. For 0.16Mpa adjustment and 0.07Mpa. a. Display the Maintenance Menu b. Click [Pressure adjustment] c. Open top front cover. d. Pull out adjustment knob on the regulator (0.016MPa - top regulator, 0.07MPa – bottom regulator) to unlock it. e. Adjust the pressure by turning the knob. f. Push the adjustment knob to lock it. g. Close the front cover.
