Vacuum Related Error - XN:10
Error Code	114004: -0.04MPa pressure error
Symptom	Error message appears on the screen. Functions of the analyser are not running optimally. Slow operation of hand and gripper. Waste chamber draining errors.
Possible Causes	Foreign object pressing on the tubing connected to the pneumatic unit or there is a kink in the tubing. Nipple on the pneumatic unit is full. Blockage in vacuum system. Water has accumulated in anti-flow trap chamber on the top left hand corner of the analyser.
Refining Problem Area	Access the ‘Pressure Adjustment’ section of the maintenance menu. Record the current ‘-0.04MPa’
Action	Remove object that is pressing or kinking the tubing. Connect the nipple securely. Drain fluid from the pneumatic trap chamber. PROCEDURE 1. Open top front cover. 2. Remove pneumatic trap chamber by rotating it in the direction of the arrow. 3. Discard the fluid that is collected. 4. Remove the float, and place it in the pneumatic trap chamber. 5. Attach the pneumatic trap chamber by turning it in the opposite direction from step 2. 6. Close front cover.
