| Symptom |
- Error is not executable.
- Vibration or unusual noise coming from problem area.
- Sample analysis is not possible.
- Dropped tubes inside sampler area.

| Possible Causes |
- Sampler cover is open.
- Sampler cover was opened while in operation.
- Sampler cover for manual unit was opened.
- There is a foreign object in the path of the hand unit.
- Sample was not placed properly in sample holder.

| Refining Problem Area |
- Which operation is being affected?
- Is there error constant or intermittent?
- Are there any noises or unusual vibrations coming from the analyser?
- Can you hear any air leaks or sounds coming from the problem area?
- Have any settings been changed recently?

| Action |
- Close the appropriate sample cover.
- Remove the sample tubes from the instrument. Touch [Execute] to perform sampler test.
- Place the sampler adapter and press the sampler start/stop switch.
- If the abnormality still occurs, contact engineering.
