Symptom	QC results are abnormal. Patient results are abnormal. Fluid leakage from side of analyser or on top of sample tubes. Error message not executable.
Possible Causes	Out of reagent errors. Tubing connected to the reagent is clogged. There is a foreign object pressing on the connected tubing. Tubing at the back on the analyser is not connected properly. The reagent has run out. Sheath Aspiration Errors Tubing connected to the reagent container is clogged. Aspiration errors Dye cover is opened.
Refining Problem Area	Which reagent is the problem occurring in? Take note of the related reagent lot number. When was the related reagent last changed? What parameters are being affected? How often is the error occurring? Are there any other errors that are occurring simultaneously? How long has the error been occurring?
Action	Remove the object ore foreign body that is pressing on the tube. Close the dye cover Perform reagent replacement. Registering new reagent (Diluent or haemolytic agent). 1. Prepare a new reagent. 2. Touch [Maintenance], [Exchange], [Reagent Replacement] in the help dialogue box. 3. Input the reagent code (barcode) of the new reagent. 4. Remove the cap from the new reagent container. 5. Remove the cap from the old reagent container. 6. Pull the spout set straight up and out. 7. Insert the spout set straight into the new reagent container and close the cap. 8. Touch [Execute]. Time guidelines for reagent replacement are shown below. Registering new reagent (Dye). 1. Touch [Maintenance], [Exchange], [Reagent Replacement] in the help dialogue box. 2. Prepare a new reagent cartridge. 3. Pull out the dye holder. 4. Remove the entire dye holder. 4. Remove the dye cover and old reagent cartridge from holder. 5. Insert new reagent cartridge in the holder. 6. Place the dye cover.   7. Place holder in the dye holder. 8. Close the dye holder.
