| Symptom |
- Error is not executable.
- Vibration or unusual noise coming from problem area.

| Possible Causes |
- There is a foreign object in the path of the tube grabber or tube holder.
- The sample tube is not set properly.
- Both the normal sample tube and micro collection sample tubes were set for manual analysis.
- When the analysis was switched from manual to sampler, a sample tube was left in the tube holder.

- Which operation is being affected?
- Is there error constant or intermittent?
- Are there any noises or unusual vibrations coming from the analyser?
- Can you hear any air leaks or sounds coming from the problem area?
- Have any settings been changed recently?

- Remove the foreign object in the movement path of the tube grabber in the sampler.
- Reposition the sample tube.
- Remove sample tube from tube holder then repeat analysis.
