Blood Aspiration Related Errors: XN-10/20
Error Code	161200, 161010: Insufficient blood volume. 161000: Blood cannot be aspirated. 161100: Aspiration Sensor Error.
Symptom	Multiple aspiration errors. Inconsistent patient sample results. Error is not executable.
Possible Causes	Density of the sample is inconsistent. Piercer or tubing of WB aspiration line is clogged. Blood aspiration sensor is malfunctioned. Blood sensor could not detect the specified amount of blood. Blood volume is insufficient.
Refining Problem Area	Is the error occurring with every patient sample? Have you tried running the patient sample again? Does this error occur with QC and patient samples? Are there any fluid leaks around the analyser?
Action	Re-mix the sample well then re-analyse. Perform [Auto rinse] procedure then analyse sample. Repeat the analysis by manual or micro analysis.
