- Error is not executable.
- Rack movement is not smooth or jerky.
- Loud noises or vibrations coming from sampler belt.
- Unable to load racks onto analyser.

| Possible Causes |
- There is a foreign object in the movement or path of racks in the right or left sampler pool.
- The sample rack is not placed correctly.
- Dirt on the rack feed-in position sensor.
- Sample rack moved unexpectedly during sampler preparation.
- Feed-in or feed-out movement is blocked.
- A sample rack was detected on measurement line and needs to be removed.

- Remove sample rack and tubes from measurement line, left and right sampler pools and execute error.
- Clean sampler pools, sampler belt area with alcohol wipe.
- Ensure there are no foreign object in pathway of rack.
