- Error message is not executable.
- Incomplete smear on slide.
- Blood is not smeared properly on slide.
- No blood is smeared on slide.

| Possible Causes |
- Short sample.
- Blockage in blood aspiration line.
- Leakage in blood aspiration line.
- Viscous or coagulated sample.
- Aspiration pipette blocked or damaged.

| Refining Problem Area |
- Has the affected sample tube volume been checked?
- Hast the affected sample tube been checked for coagulation?
- Does there look like any damage or leakage in the aspiration line?
- Does the piercer look bent or damaged?
- Is there any blood splash in the analyzer?
- Is there any blood leakage on the rinse cup?
- Is there any fluid leakage on the top of the sample tube cap?

- Perform multiple smear unit rinse

- Touch [Accept] in the [Help] dialog box.
- Touch [Maintenance] in the menu screen.
- Touch [Rinse Devices].
- Touch [Cleaning]
- Set CELLCLEAN AUTO in the sample holder.
- Press start switch.
