- Reagent container is empty.
- There is a kink or bend in the reagent tubing.
- There is a blockage in the reagent tubing.

- Are any other function of the analyser affected?
- Are there any noises or leaks present?

| Action |
- Inspect intake tubing from reagent bottle to analyser. Ensure there are no kinks or bends in the tubing.

- Replace reagent and execute error.
Reagent Replacement Procedure
- Prepare the new reagent.
- Touch [Execute] in the [Help] dialog box.
- Input the reagent information of new regent.
- Select appropriate reagent then input the following information.
- Cellpack DCL: Replace bottle, Scan reagent code.
- Methanol: Replace bottle.
- Phosphate buffer: Replace bottle.
- Stain 1: Replace bottle.
- Rinse water: Replace bottle.
